Public Service Announcement

(116th day, 249 more days to go)

You know you’re doing something WRITE when people start to copy everything that you do.  That’s why before you put out any of your creative projects you have to protect them.  Our book and logo had been ready for years before we went public.  We didn’t have a lot of money and that prevented us from putting everything out.  In the beginning we used the Poor Man’s Copyright technique which helped a lot.  Trademark took a huge chunk of our limited budget and by looking at other Facebook pages and Blogs, I’m glad that we waited.

Then there are those people who see an opportunity to jump on your bandwagon and take advantage of you.  They will see a way to profit on YOUR idea and get mad at you when you don’t want to do things their way and on their time because they have more experience or resources than you do.  It makes you afraid to ask people for help.  If you do ask the wrong person for help, you may find someone who will take your logo/name and promote themselves as if they’re affiliated with you and make money on top of that without your knowledge.

The lesson today, boys and girls is to PROTECT YOUR SH**!! So, TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN enjoy your fraudulent-infringement acts, you non-creative a** MoFo while it lasts and while you’re at it PLEASE make sure you find out the meaning of Trademark!!!

This has been a Public Service Announcement brought to you by THE “Crazy” Baby Mamas.  Now, Back To Your Regularly Scheduled Program.

Love Yourself!
