(144th day, 221 more days to go) Yesterday, after I posted my last post about Father’s Day on our Facebook page, I realized why celebrities, artists, and writers say they never read what people say.  In my case, I read comments and felt compelled to address every comment.  I don’t need to tell you that I spent the entire day responding to every comment.  The energy I spent drafting each response wore me out in the end.

I should have known better but when you’re passionate about a topic you lose yourself.  No matter what, it was a life lesson I needed to experience because in this industry you will need to have a thick skin and to be able to stick up for yourself.  If you can’t do that then pack your bags and take your a** back to Kansas.

So from this point on, I’m going to follow my new motto, Post & Keep It Movin’ and even though I won’t respond to comments, I appreciate receiving them.  Ciao.

Love Yourself!
